continually reflects our high standards of occupational health and safety (OH&S).

The management of SPTL believes that excellent standards of OH&S are essential for the well-being of our people, reputation, and business performance. Our aim is to integrate OH&S into every activity carried out by the company.

We are committed to preventing injury and ill health by providing the safest and healthiest working
conditions possible to ensure the health and safety of our workers, and others who may be affected by our activities, across all our projects.

SPTL is committed to continuous improvement of OH&S performance and in furtherance of its objective, it is our policy to:

• Conduct business in full compliance with applicable OH&S regulations and other
  requirements.
• Eliminate hazards and reduce OH&S risks.
• Identify, assess, and control risks to OH&S that may arise in connection with the working environment.
• Maintain a process of consultation and participation of workers at all levels.
• Promote a positive health and safety culture throughout the SPTL activities and projects.
• Provide adequate financial resources to ensure that proper provision can be made for OH&S.
• Provide workers with, information, instruction, training, supervision, and equipment needed
  to allow them to carry out their duties about their own and others health and safety.
• Recognise and accept responsibility for the OH&S of others who may be affected by or exposed to risks due to our operations, which includes members of the public.
• To ensure occupational health and safety objectives are set, monitored, and reviewed at
  regular intervals.
• Review and update this policy on an annual basis to allow for continuous improvement.
• Ensure that inspections, monitoring and auditing of activities are carried out to ensure that
  agreed standards are being maintained and that management controls are effective.
• Ensure that all accidents, dangerous occurrences, near misses and occupational health
  conditions arising at work or in connection with our work are reported and investigated in a
  timely manner

An OH&S operational control procedures been prepared, which contains the procedures which will achieve this Policy, and which conforms to ISO 45001: 2018 standard requirements.

This policy applies to all our activities, all locations and will be brought to the attention of all
employees and made available to business partners and relevant interested parties.
